iOS - My game crashes.

Does your game keep crashing?

First, make sure that your iOS is up to date. (Settings > General > Software Update).


Please try the following troubleshooting tips:

1. Make sure you have a solid connection

2. Check your device storage capacity (Settings > General > About)

3. Free up device memory by uninstalling unused Apps and/or removing videos/photos

4. Free up memory by closing all running Apps and restarting your device

5. Also, set your graphic settings more suitable to your device (in Settings)
